Reiki symbolizes an all encompassing, omni present Universal Life Force Energy. It is a Japanese word and combines “Rei” meaning Spiritual wisdom and “Ki” meaning life force. Tripti practices the Usui system of natural healing, which was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the middle of 1800.

Tripti has healed a number of people with the help of these wonderful Reiki and Crystal healing energies. She feels that it is very beneficial for dancers to get initiated into these healing techniques as this balances the various charkas and gives immense energy to deal with the demanding schedules that the performer goes through from time to time.
